How Refunds Work

Once I receive your return, I'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns on Sale Items

Sale or discounted items can be returned unless marked as final sale. Please ensure they meet the same return conditions listed above.

Damages

I take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at the contact form above with your order number. We’ll sort it as quickly as possible.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Please include your name and order number inside the parcel so we can process your refund smoothly.
